Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, free of stains and odors. &#xA0;Please take extra caution when trying on products while wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfumes as these may stain the garment and make it ineligible for a return.</li><li>Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. &#xA0;We know you need to try shoes on, so we please ask you to do so on indoor carpet as to not scuff the soles. &#xA0;Shoes that show signs of wear may be ineligible for a return.</li><li>Shoes must be returned in original packaging; the shoebox cannot be used as packaging. &#xA0;Please be sure to package the shoebox safely inside proper shipping materials. Any tape or labels placed directly on the shoebox will result in the package being unsellable and subject to a 20% fee.</li><li>While we love our fur babies as much as you, please take extra care if you are a proud parent of a pet. &#xA0;Pet hair or stains on a garment will make the item ineligible for a return.</li><li>Please make sure that all approved items listed on your return request are in the SAME package and no additional items are included in the package. While we appreciate you trying to save on shipping costs, please do not combine multiple return requests together in one package. &#xA0;Doing so will delay the processing of your return.</li><li>B&#xF6;hme is not responsible for damaged or lost return packages. If a customer is able to provide an USPS receipt, B&#xF6;hme will provide store credit in the amount of the return. If there is no receipt available, B&#xF6;hme will be unable to provide a refund in any form.</li></ul>
